    • How can I claim my reward?

      If your reward is being paid to your credit card:

      All you need is a Booking.com account, and to add your credit card for receiving rewards. You can visit ‘Settings’ in your account to add/update your credit card information. 30–60 days after you check out of your stay, we’ll put the reward on your card. Don’t have an account? Create one here.

      If your reward is being paid in travel credit to your Booking.com Wallet:

      All you need is a Booking.com account. The email address in your account should match the one you used to make your booking using your reward offer. After you check out of your stay, we’ll add the reward amount to your Booking.com Wallet in your account. Don’t have an account yet? Create one here.

      If your reward is an instant discount:

      All you have to do is select ‘Pay now’ for when you’d like to pay. Your reward will be automatically discounted from the price of your booking. Please note that not all properties offer a Pay now option at the moment. Properties that offer Pay now often support other online payment methods like iDeal or Paypal. Look for the Pay now option on the Final Details page (right before you finalise your booking).

    • When do I get my reward?

      If your reward is being paid to your credit card:

      Once you have returned from your trip we’ll verify your reward. It can take between 30 and 60 days for you to receive your reward on your credit card. You will receive a confirmation email when we’ve added your reward.

      If your reward is being paid in travel credit to your Booking.com Wallet:

      Once you have returned from your trip we’ll verify your reward. It can take between 30 and 60 days for you to receive your reward in your Booking.com Wallet. You will receive a confirmation email when we’ve added your reward.

      If your reward is an instant discount:

      Your reward will be discounted from the price of your booking so you will pay less when you make your booking.

    • Why hasn’t my reward arrived?

      If your reward is being paid to your credit card:

      Have you registered your credit card for receiving rewards in your account? Register a Visa, Euro/Mastercard or China UnionPay card here (we do not support American Express for receiving reward payments). It is also possible that there may be a delay in the verification of your reward. You will receive your reward in 30 to 60 days after you check out of your stay.

      If your reward is being paid in travel credit to your Booking.com Wallet:

      There may be a delay in the verification of your reward. You will receive your reward in 30 to 60 days after you check out of your stay.

    • What can I book with my reward offer?

      Your reward offer can be used when you book a property on Booking.com that exceeds the minimum required spend communicated in the offer. It cannot be applied to Booking.basic options, flights, car rentals or airport taxis.

    • How do I know, before I finalise my booking, if my reward will be applied?

      Depending on the reward, you will see a ribbon with your offer at the top or bottom of the website and/or a message or active code on the left-hand side of the Final Details page where you add your payment information.

    • Can I use the reward towards a booking I’ve already made?

      No, rewards cannot be applied retroactively. They can be used towards making a new booking.

    • Can I use more than one reward per booking?

      You can only use one reward offer (or Refer a Friend offer) per booking. You can, however, combine your reward offer with Genius discounts and Deals on our website.

    • What happens if I cancel my booking?

      If you cancel a booking which was made using an offer, the value of the offer will not be given to you and you will not be able to reuse your unique link or code.

    • Type your unique link into your internet browser. Your reward will be activated when you land on our website, then you can make a booking as you normally would. After you book, you will receive a message in your confirmation email confirming that you will get your money back after your stay. If you are using an instant discount, you will see the discount in your price breakdown.

    • How do I use my unique code?

      On your computer or phone:

      Find a property and start your booking, then enter your code with your payment details on the Final Details page. Your reward will be activated and you can make a booking as you normally would. After you book, you will receive a message in your booking confirmation email confirming that you will get your money back after your stay. If you are using an instant discount, you will see the discount already applied in your price breakdown.

      On your mobile app:

      Find a property and start your booking, then enter your code with your payment details on the Final Details page. Your reward will be activated and you can make a booking as you normally would. (For some offers, you may be asked to visit 'My coupon codes' in the main menu and enter your code there to activate your reward). After making your booking, you will receive a message in your booking confirmation email confirming that you will get your money back after your stay. If you are using an instant discount, you will see the discount already applied in your price breakdown.

    • When does my reward expire?

      The expiration date of your reward will be communicated to you when you receive your unique link or unique code. If your reward has expired you will not be able to use it. We offer deals and other saving opportunities on our website often, so you should still be able to book a stay at a great price.

    • What if I don’t have a credit card to receive my reward on?

      No problem, you can also register a Mastercard or Visa debit card for your rewards.
