City SecretLa Glorieta de Belgrano has been an open-air milonga (tango venue) since 2006. It's located in Barrancas de Belgrano, a beautiful park in a traditional district which was once a village. Dancing is open to all ages and it's free! Classes are also available before the dancing starts.
